Terms for using NapKey

NapKey provides an independent compatibility gateway and prepaid usage ledger. Access depends on NapKey infrastructure and third-party upstream services.

Wallet funds are prepaid service credit, do not expire under the current policy and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Top up only an amount you expect to use.

Do not use NapKey to violate law, probe or disrupt systems, bypass provider restrictions, distribute malware, or expose credentials belonging to another person.

The service is provided without a formal uptime SLA at this stage. Maintenance, upstream changes, quota exhaustion and account availability may interrupt requests.

Rates may change with exchange rates and upstream pricing. New rates apply from their effective time; usage already recorded keeps its original settled cost.

NapKey is not an Anthropic, AWS or Kiro product. Claude and related names belong to their respective owners.
